Hard Work Beats Talent

Martial Arts training at the Asian Arts Center Taekwondo School requires a level of discipline and commitment that leads to mastery of basic skills and techniques by the time a student reaches Black Belt. Not all training is hard, a lot of it is easy and fun, but reaching Black Belt means that you will meet challenges and hit plateaus that require nothing more than Grit and Persistence. If you want to learn the true meaning of “Hard Work Beats Talent”, then enroll and commit to earning a Black Belt at the Asian Arts Center Taekwondo School. The lessons you learn will take you far in all areas of life, and your accomplishments will be milestones in a life of meaning.

The Asian Arts Center is now looking for new team members to join its teaching staff. If you are interested in learning the martial arts while learning to be a powerful teacher, call Matt at (937)395-0333 or send an email to asian_arts@hotmail.com with the subject line “Learn To Teach.”

Grit, Grace, Integrity, Compassion, and Joyfulness

As a non-profit martial arts and fitness school teaching children and adults in the Miami Valley, our vision is to be the first choice when people seek out a Character Building program. Young and old, martial arts or fitness, our programs are designed to teach focus, personal responsibility, and personal power. We define personal power using the following character traits: Grit, Grace, Integrity, Compassion, and Joyfulness. There are many aspects to the five character traits above, and through a course model of challenge and support, professional and highly qualified instructors, and a culture of continuous improvement, we work very purposefully toward giving all of our members a clearly defined path toward true lifelong learning and intellectual growth and maturity.
