We now offer a Tabata class at our Kettering location (1630 E. Stroop Rd) on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 12:00 pm! Tabata is a highly effective interval training class, and you can use your AAC Fitness punch card for this class.

Halloween at the Asian Arts Center!
We are hosting a Parents Night Out on October 24th from 6-9pm.

We will have Traditional Weapons classes each Wednesday @ 6:00pm, beginning August 20th.
We do not have additional equipment to loan out for these classes.
The following equipment is required to participate:
Nunchucks, Kamas, a Staff and a Wooden Sword.
We will have the equipment in stock for purchase prior to start of class on August 20th.

Camp times are Monday through Thursday from 12 to 3:00pm.
